I've always been fascinated by people.
Not just what we do, but why we do it. Why some people seem stuck in patterns they can't break, while others find ways to heal, grow, and transform.
That curiosity has led me down more than a few rabbit holes over the years. I've studied everything from nutrition, herbalism, breathwork, and meditation to neuroscience, mythology, mysticism, human behavior, and consciousness. Some might call my interests diverse. Others might call them a little unusual. I like to think I was simply following the clues.
For years, I couldn't understand why I was drawn to such a wide range of subjects. Then I discovered hypnotherapy, and everything clicked.
Hypnotherapy became the perfect meeting place between science and spirituality, combining my fascination with the brain and nervous system with my deep appreciation for story, symbolism, belief, and personal transformation.
Looking back, I can see that every book, course, and late-night deep dive was preparing me for this work.
I truly believe I was put on this earth to help people feel better. For a long time, I knew I wanted to help people, but I wasn't sure how. Today, I do.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist, I help people release old patterns, reconnect with their inner strengths, and create lasting change. This isn't just my career. It's my purpose, my calling, and the work I feel honored to do every day.
If you're ready for change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

Trauma-informed clinical hypnotherapy is a gentle, safety-focused approach to hypnosis that is designed for people who have experienced emotional, psychological, or physical trauma.
It combines clinical hypnosis techniques with an understanding of how trauma affects the nervous system, memory, emotions, and sense of control. Sessions focus first on building emotional regulation, inner safety, and resilience before addressing deeper subconscious patterns.
The goal is not simply symptom relief, but long-term healing, stability, and empowerment.
While traditional hypnotherapy often focuses on quickly changing habits, behaviours, or symptoms, trauma-informed hypnotherapy is a more gradual and collaborative approach to healing.
Key differences include:
✨ Greater emphasis on safety and pacing
Clients develop grounding and coping skills before deeper therapeutic work begins.
✨ Client empowerment and choice
The process is collaborative, with ongoing consent and active participation.
✨ Nervous system awareness
Symptoms are understood as protective survival responses rather than problems to eliminate.
✨ Careful approach to memory work
Regression or trauma processing is only used when appropriate and when sufficient stability is in place.
For trauma survivors, accessing subconscious material can be powerful but must be done carefully. A trauma-informed approach helps prevent overwhelm or retraumatization while supporting meaningful emotional and physiological healing.
It allows hypnosis to become a tool for restoring confidence, regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
Trauma-informed clinical hypnotherapy is designed to create safe, lasting change rather than quick symptom relief. Trauma responses are often deeply conditioned patterns within the nervous system and subconscious mind that have developed over time. Meaningful healing therefore happens gradually.
Early sessions focus on building emotional safety, regulation skills, and trust in the therapeutic process. As stability increases, deeper subconscious work can occur in a paced and supportive way. Multiple sessions also allow new insights, responses, and coping skills to be integrated into everyday life between appointments.
This structured progression helps ensure that change is not only effective, but sustainable, empowering clients to develop greater resilience, self-awareness, and long-term wellbeing.
Clinical hypnotherapy can be helpful for a surprisingly wide range of issues because it works with the subconscious patterns, beliefs, emotions, habits, and automatic responses that often drive behavior.
Trauma-informed hypnotherapy focuses on safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation rather than forcing clients to relive difficult experiences.
